OMG!!!  So much is happening, I’m getting whiplash and not sure if I can keep up with the first two weeks of President Trump!!!  But here goes, it all started with the attendance of the Woman’s March and how it surpassed his inaugural numbers. If I didn’t know any better I would say that the Woman’s March numbers really upset our leader. He insisted that his inaugural attendance numbers were much higher than stated by news facilities, “this was the largest audience to ever witness an an inauguration” when it was clearly smaller than Obama’s.    He sent Mr. Spicer and KellyAnne Conway to report  on ‘alternative facts’ about the numbers.

Stephen Bannon, Trump’s chief  political strategist said, “The media should be embarrassed and humiliated and to keep its mouth shut and just listen for a while.”  He continued, “I want you to quote me on this. The media here is the opposition party. They don’t understand this country. They still do not understand why Donald Trump is the president of the United States.” This war on the press is unprecedented and is at odds with the Bill of Rights.

He stated that voter fraud was the reason he did not win the popular vote, “millions (of votes) have been illegally cast” and yet he doesn’t see how that could in fact apply to his win.

He signed an executive order for the immediate construction of a wall and we’re still trying to figure out who will be paying for it.  Mexico has sternly resisted the idea.

President Trump moved to deny federal funds to sanctuary cities and San Francisco has already filed a lawsuit again our fearless leader.

Dreamers who are children who were brought to the United States as children are being stripped of their protection status that Obama originally agreed to which means some will be deported to a country they know nothing about.

He has loosened up the environmental standards and regulations for automakers!  He immediately signed the executive order to give the go ahead for the keystone pipeline which will create supposedly 28,000 jobs but which will most likely be closer to 3900.

He directed to “withdraw the United States as a signatory to the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) although his representative of trade has yet to be confirmed.

He wants to repeal and replace Obamacare putting millions of people at risk of losing the only health insurance they have ever had. He restricted funds to global health organizations  to “ensure that US taxpayer dollars do not fund organizations or programs that support or participate in the management of a program of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization”.

And probably the most scary situation, the Muslim ban order which is supposed to keep Islamic radical terrorist out.  He intends to limit immigration from Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, and Yeman. He insists on overlooking Saudi Arabia and Egypt which two countries in which he has “special interests” in.  People were stranded at the airport waiting for friends or family who were not allowed to enter the country.  People with green cards, visitors and citizens were held back until their status was proved. This caused a reaction I’m not sure he was ready for, people worldwide took to the streets to march and express their discontent with this ban.  Acting attorney general Sally Yates refused to defend President Trump’s immigration order and he quickly “relieved Ms. Yates of her duties,” according to a White House statement.

Recently we learned  his phone skills need work, his calls to Mexico and Australia have left a bad taste in our allies mouth.  His new Secretary of State has a lot of work to do.  And all this in less than two weeks, and it’s only just begun, but who am I, I’m just the Crazy Black Woman!!!
